SO - A The record in file BKARINV is locked

Nobody is in the SO, and we keep getting, The record in file:  BKARINV is locked by another user.
 
One person got in, then backed out, and ever since it was locked.  I rebooted the server and they went in and back out, and then nobody can use the SO again.  Why does it lock up the table?

Go to the server and look at Prevasive control panel highlight your Server connection and go to Microkernal active users or files and see what or who is locking it. If you have everyone out of DBA you chould not see any connections. If you do you can close all users, files.
