We've been using the Labor cards form from DBA Classic WO-E with the form BKAWE2.RTM.  This form prints multiple cards on one piece of paper with all of the applicable information that we need, i.e., Date, Direct and Setup time fields, Rework, start and stop time, good pieces and scrap.  Now from what I remember, BK forms don't work in EVO.  I found the print Labor ticket in DC-E, but the default form (T6DCE.RTM) doesn't have the fields that we need and worse, it only prints one per page.  Is there another form that'll print multiple tickets per page and that has a list of fill in fields like the form in Classic?

p.s. I tried going into the report editor just to have a look and I continually get an Access Violation error
