We have the "Check if Qty per Seq> WO Qty"  set to Y in SD-Q and have recently discovered that it is possible to complete more parts in a sequence than are on the WO.  This is a problem.  I don't understand why.  Any ideas on may be causing this?

This issue remains a problem for us.  The data entry error screws up the matierial issues, etc.   Happened again this past week.  
 
I got no response before and wonder are we really alone on this issue?
