We are starting the data collection module.  I want to have the employees clock in and out of lunch.  I do not want to use the automatice lunch deduction that can be set up in defaults as we want to see specifically how long lunch breaks really are.  Yet, I do want to use the shift clock in & out in the defaults.  With lunch as an unpaid period of time, how can I handle this?
