Sorting BOM items in  sequence

Is ther any way to sort BOM items in a sequence by item number when printing a traveler?
 
We have some sequences with large BOMS and the shop floor is having problems finding items on the BOM so they are adding them manually to the paperwork.
 
Any help or ideas work be great,

print the pick list by item number  staple to workorder
