There still seems to be a problem with Business Status calcuations.  I had cleared the data in November and at the end of that month, it seemed correct.  Now at the end of December, the Open Orders figure is high (by about $6600.00 in my particular case).  I again cleared the data and the Open Orders figure is now correct.
