SO-A Customer Name search Issue (Read 351 times)

SO-A Customer Name search Issue

In SO-A, when users try to use lookup and search by customer name, they cannot type in the name to have it start searching.  It does not work.  All they can do is scroll.  Same with View sales orders.
 
Does not work in Classic either.

You do realize the Name lookups are cASe SenSiTIve, right?
