If you did your ODBC data dictionary files for that company before the file was added there are no dictionary files for it.  YOu need to rerun the ODBCddf.run program for that company.  
A word of caution though, i did this for my company to add the ISBSF and a few other new files and now I am having trouble setting security in Pervasive for this company.  I think I should have deleted the company database and then redone the whole connection.  I used to require a password to get to the company data and now I can't seem to get that set up.

Well, I've had to go about this a bass-ackwards way, by looking at the .RTM and decipher where that report is pulling the data from.  Here's what I have found, and it looks like the RMA module doesn't have its own tables? ???

Thanks Lynn.  But we still can't get some of the info we need into our report, such as the reason for the return, original sales order number, reorder (y/n).  Isn't there any documentation on this module as to where the data is stored so we can do a proper Crystal report?

Thanks---weird, though.  Both of those tables are blank.  There's no records in them at all.  ???  We have plenty of RMAs entered, opened and closed.  So if these are the tables, why isn't there anything in them?
