The second column numbers do not print in EVO.
 
Works in classic, not in EVO, I have the latest update installed.

Actually, I just fixed it on my RTM. Just correct the name of the data field on the subreport2 from lia.amt[2] to liab.amt[2].
 
But for the future, how about converting the form from the old 5 column format to the new 4 column format the IRS uses.
