Record locks during Kit issue
07/19/06 at 12:30:12

Very occasionally, we get record lock messages.  I just found out that
instead of using WO-O, they have just been going in a manually issuing the
items that reported a lock.

I have 3 questions:
1. Does WO-O properly work and post the Issue Correctly that reported
a record lock?

2. What is the Name of the file were these Issue transactions are stored
for WO-O to post?

3. Since the items have been Manually posted, Do I need to clear
out this Temporary file?

The records are stored in WOEMAT but if records exist there, you should be getting a message when closing work orders telling you to post them.

I had an issue during BATCH finished production. It had a few locks and a handfull of items to post. The MULTI program closed the WO without prompting that their were still items to post. I could not post the materials because the WO was closed.
