Can anyone tell me the best way to make WO splits in DBA?
 
I am talking about making say, 100 pieces of part. Assume we have a lengthy manufacturing process. The customer calls up and is desperate for 10 pieces way before his promised delivery date. To accomodate our valued customer we 'split' off 10 pieces and expedite these through the shop. We would typically have the same WO with a different suffix to indicate the split, and the 'split' WO would automatically retain the cost information for each part, up to the point the split was made.  
 
I thought I had done this in DBA a couple of years ago, but maybe I am getting mixed up with another system.
