We are upgrading to server 2003. I need to know the best way to migrate all the data over. I have tried to do a fresh install and copy the directories to the new destination but dba does not recognize the companies data. HELP!! I know nothing about dba, i am just installing it for my uncle.

Dba is currently running on a workstation setup. I installed dba on the server drive to see if i can get it running before i launch server03. Any advice?

Just copy the entire OLD DBA folder onto the new server. Map all the workstations to the server drive. Make certain that all the workstations have full Read and Write privilages on the mapped drive.
