No extension for Backordered Quantities
12/05/06 at 16:56:10

I writing a report in Crystal V10.  I'm using the sales order file (BKARINVL).  In my report the extension shows 0s for lines that are backordered.  (PQTY = 0, UBO = 10, PEXT = 0.)  If there is a PQTY (no Backorder) then the extension total is there.  Any insights?

Also, When I try to create a Formula Field I get a dialog box that asks for a password and then it errors and does not allow me to create the Formula Field.  Is this function only available in enterprise versions or what?

Extension is Qty x price. If there is no Qty (only BO) then extension is 0. Just the way DBA works.

You should be able to create a Formula in any version. I can't imagine what the password is for, since you are apparently connected to the database. Is it only a password, or username and password? If both, I assume you tried entering your Windows one?
