IN-B "Receive to QC"
02/23/07 at 07:32:43
What is the name of this file and the field that holds this information? Basically I want to run a report of all items that are currently received to QC by the system?
TIA
Donal

Cathy, do you know the actual name of the file as I checked that and it lists all these
BKQC.VKEY
BKQC.VEND.CODE
BKQC.DKEY
BKQC.RECV.DATE
BKQC.PKEY
BKQC.PO.NUM
BKQC.RKEY
BKQC.RECVR.NUM
BKQC.IKEY
BKQC.POL.ITM.NO
BKQC.PKSLIP.NUM
BKQC.QTY.RECVD
BKQC.QTY.BUYOFF
BKQC.QTY.REJECT
BKQC.PKSLIP.QTY
BKQC.PROD.CODE
BKQC.UNIT.COST
BKQC.EXTRA
I believe it's a one or two character field

BKQC.QTY.RECVD if there are none bought off (BKQC.QTY.BUYOFF) or rejected (BKQC.QTY.REJECT).
If I was doing a report in Access I would search for records with "0" in buyoff and rejected and a quantity >0 in recvd to get a list of current product codes in QC.

I read that completely different than cathyh. If you want to know which parts have the "receive to QC" in IN-B set to "Y", you'll find it in MTICMSTR. The field is MTIT.PROD.OPTCS

Yes, I would read it that we are looking for which items are set to Y for receiving to QC. Although the spreadsheet guide to fields says that MTIC.PROD.OPTCS is not used, it is indeed where that code is stored in MTICMSTR
