I'm having trouble with missing PO data.  We recently entered a PO for an item only to find that the line items have disappeared from the PO weeks later.  While viewing in IN-A yesterday morning, the inventory level show in the (+) On Purchase Order field was correct.  Two minutes later it was zero.  We opened up the PO to view the line items and only a line from the item's specifications was there.  The part number, description and quantity were gone!  
 
We're using 2002.4.
