Lynn, I do not see where this glitch has been addressed by any other members. I'm guessing that I may be the only user that this is a problem for. However, since we are in the foodservice industry, chargebacks and credits are an unfortunate side effect of all of the specials and end-user programs that exist to support our industry. As such, I average 175-200 AR vouchers per month, and many (probably more than half) of these require me to copy a previous voucher to start a new one to handle movement of the credit to the correct bill-to account. This situation is caused by some of my largest customers consolidating all of their individual house/branch payments onto 1 check, but we maintain the branches on separate bill-to's due to territorial commission calculations, brand/channel requirements, etc. As you might well imagine, if I have to constantly re-open AR-B 100+ times a month because the Copy as New Voucher procedure contains a glitch in Evo which causes it to close after every copied new voucher creation, I am wasting a great deal of time fighting a losing battle against Evo. I would waste an equal amount of time constantly re-typing every similar voucher if I have to avoid using the Copy as New Voucher function. I doubt will ever be able to get away from Classic and use Evo exclusively while this serious (for me) bug exists in Evo. I do not understand the nature of the problem as there doesn't seem to be an Evo-only version of AR-B which should mean both front-ends are calling the same BKARB.RUN source code from May 2006. I know that you and Allen and the rest of the IS Tech team are always busy as you are constantly striving to improve Evo/DBA. Even though you're busy, can you please put on your list of things to do my request to have the AR-B Copy as New Voucher function investigated and see if you can find out why it is not working correctly in Evo? I would very much like to work towards getting everyone off of Classic so that I don't have to pay dual annual license fees, but I cannot do that until this anti-productive Evo glitch is solved. Thanks much for your time! Chris
