I am looking for a report to see how many sales and the corresponding dollar amount we enter for a certain time frame.  
 
Basically I am trying to figure out at what point we need to add people.
 
I cannot seem to find a report that will run with a SO entry date parameter.  There are reports by ship date, or invoice date, but cannot find one with SO entry date.
 
Any suggestions?
