Here is my dilemma we have a discount code called DISTRIB70 that covers all of the normal Item Classes and gives them a 30% discount. When I set up part number XYZ as an option and tell it not to roll into the parent part, but to use standard customer pricing, when the customer code is put in for a Sales Order,should it not recognize the discount code and apply the discount. It doesn't and the girls have to go in and manually apply it. Am I doing something wrong?
