IN-A filter
06/25/07 at 10:31:56

I have loaded the latest updates to the 5/1 update and am having trouble with a filter.  I am trying to filter by status.  The filter I added looks like this:
And  MTIC.PROD.ACTIV = "Y"
I get only the first two products in the list, the first has status Y and the second has status O.
What am I doing wrong?

try using OR, also, don't add the " around your Y. my copy seems to add extra " in the field. so i ended up with " "Y"               ". once i omitted the quotes, it filtered, albeit questionably. but that made a minor difference.

OR will probably return everything.

Cathy,

I tested it here, you are right, there is a bug. I will look into it.

Did this get fixed?

I am having another issue also with a filter that seems to be working, limiting the list to items whose description contain a certain string of characters.  I get the list but when I try to print, I get the following message which locks up the program until I CTRL/ALT/DEL...
WBLOOKUP.SRC Line 983
The field: ISFUNC.TEST was not found.  You may include only active fields in an expression to be compiled at runtime.

---------later that same day..
Apparently it is a problem with the print button altogether, because I just tried to print without a filter and it still locks up.

I am working on the filter fix now. As for the printing. That seems to be working great here. We are putting out and update this weekend.  Try updating to that and let me know.

FYI-

My T7INA is dated 6/25/07.  I  tried the grid print in WO-A with my filter for open WO's in place and it worked fine.
