Not sure if DBA Classic is installed correctly

We run DBA classic with some EVO updates. We run from a mapped drive on a dedicated Win200 Server.
Pervasive 2000i is loaded with 10 seats and also on the workstations. The system is working fine.

My question is this. We are now trying to do some exporting andthrough reading forums, this can be done using an ODBC via SQL for translation.

Everyone keeps talking about having the database in the SQL utilities. I do not see it nor can I map it. I keep coming up with a DEMODATA. Terfore I am not sure if I am actually even running over SQL.

Can Anyone explain this further or enlighten me where to look on how DAB works with SQL?

Many thx in advance

You will need to go to system mgr UT-A and run odbcddf.run This will create your ODBC compliant DDF files so pervasive can see the connection.

There are a few additional steps to get Pervasive to Use the newly created DDF files as a data source.

See This thread.
