rtm files got chnaged to Adobe????

Somehow our RTM files got changed to an PDF file although it still named .RTM  
Now we are not able to print or view any files/forms in our EVO or DBA program. How can we fix this? Please HELP!!! Thanks !

1. Restore them from back up
 
or
 
2. Remake them from the .RTX files

Just for the record, what happened was that somehow all the *.RTM files were renamed to *.RTM.RTM so the program was no longer able to find them since it was looking for the original names.  Renaming the files fixed it.
