Error in entering Serial#'s in SO (Read 269 times)

Error in entering Serial#'s in SO

I get this error after being asked if I want to enter Serial #'s when saving SO:
 
A record was not found in FILELOC for file - ISRMAI.BT2 - 2  .  The must be a record for each file opened.
 
Then it allows me to enter serial control.
 
Any ideas?

You will have to run a UTILITY called NEWINIT or DBAIF on the two files in question.  It happened to me as well after the last update.  I was told to run NEWINIT and it caused me alot of grief where DBAIF on the files in question would have been a better solution, but contact Lynn for the right answer.
