Import Inventory missing Mfgr name and part #

Using DBA Classic 2002.4 DL and Pervasive 2000 on a 2K server.  
 
Setup CSV file with 20 fields so far I am seeing all coming across except the Mfgr Name and Mfgr Part #.  
 
Export of MTICMSTR of parts with Mfgr set manual do not display that information.  
 
Not sure what to do or other information to include in this post.

The Mfg information is stored in BKSBMFG.  After the import is brought in, the import process runs a program called SBUTIL that moves the data from the temporary import MTICEMTR file to BKSBVEND
