setting up user access

How do I set up access to the Queries & Reports Menu, Evo-ERP Tools, Off Menu Programs?  I have users set up with the basic Mfg, Actg, Sales, Items, System Mgr, but do not know how to add these add'l programs.

You can use TAS-G to modify the existing one. Probably the simpler thing is to download the current complete menu - http://www.istechsupport.com/dl/evomenu.zip. Note that if you do this it will overwrite any changes you have made to the existing menu structure, which also means that everyone will have access to everything.

To add a Group or Menu button, go to the bottom of the existing list and hress the down arrow key on your keyboard.  That will add an empty line.  You can then type in any description you like or choose from the dropdown.  Once you have the empty Menu Button created, click the tab for Menu Lines to add the programs.

See www.istechsupport.com/evo_menu.pdf for additional documentation on setting up menus.
