error message on start up
02/04/08 at 13:13:06

This message popped up after launching EVO, but before I had logged in to EVO.
"An error has occurred while accessing a non-Tas file - O:\DEFAULT\BKARAGL.DEF"

Does bkaragl.def belong in my default folder?  There is also a "sra.def" file.

We are having network problems (slow or no login, mostly) and are having to reboot our server frequently. We have up-to date AV defs. We use real-time and daily scans, but are suspicious of unknown files.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have both of those files too. They are only in the default folder, not the evoerp root folder.

If you can see it then I'm not sure why it's telling you that. Maybe it's corrupt? Maybe it's permissions are strange? Maybe your network problems are really pretty bad?

BKARAGL.DEF    11 bytes
SRA.DEF            21 bytes

Collin,
Thanks for the reply. My file sizes are the same as yours. The bkaragl's modified date changes, but the sra date doesn't. I didn't say earlier, but after I closed EVO and reopened, it seems fine, so I guess the files are OK. Other workstations are OK also. So I guess that's not related to our other problem.
