You should be able to import data right from DBA to Excel using the built in query functionality. In Excel, go to Data>Import External Data>New Database Query
That will take you to Microsoft Query, which is a powerful tool. After you select a connection (the Pervasive client DSN) you will be given a list of DBA tables from which to choose.
