Payroll Tax files

We are trying to enter ytd payroll info and the program says we have no federal tax table.  I have a federal tax table(BKPRFTAX.B) in the default folder dated 01/29/08.  Is this the correct one for 2008?  How do I get it to my live company?  And are there updated tax tables for California State tax?

I figured out how to get the tax tables and now I am not getting the "no tax table found" error- but when we enter YTD wages there is no federal tax computed.  We are using 170 days for the number of work days.  It doesn't seem to matter whether we use 10 or 170.
Please anyone who has done this could you help me out?

I think those YTD numbers are updated through the normal payroll entry each week. When you are starting mid year and want to update those numbers, you will need to transfer the numbers from whatever system you were using before.
