BK programs are compiled in TAS5 an older DOS based compiler. T6 are the exact same BK programs just compiled in then new TAS7 Windows compiler. T7 programs are windows programs and are object driven, not top down code like the old BK programs. T6 programs were created to take advantage of the newer things we had access to in TAS7 like newer version of RTM's and Email. But most of the system still remains BK (DOS top down procedural code). We are working on converting the whole system to TAS7, 90% of the screens are already done, and we will be porting the logic to them soon. The major programs like ARA,APA,WOA,INA,INB,POA,and SOA have all been converted to T7 versions.. But like you pointed out there are still the older versions of all these (BK,T6) If there is a BK, T6 and T7 version of a program. I would stop using the T6 version ASAP. We do not add or fix T6 versions of programs if there is a T7 version. I just can't maintain 3 version of the same code. Any new program features will be added to the T7 version only. The BK versions will be frozen and we will only to bug fixes to these programs.. That said 90% of the programs out there are still only BK or T6 versions so when we add new features we are adding them to the Classic system too as they are the same programs being run in Evo. So my suggestion is to have your users switch to the T7 version as they are the ones with the newest features and all the latest fixes
