You should be able to do this. However, you do need a linux server license of Pervasive. I highly doubt that you can get one for your current version so I think that you'd have to purchase a linux license for Pervasive 10. I'm not familiar with netware 4... I have not used netware since.... probably 1995 or so. Maybe it was even further back than that. At any rate, I don't know a lot about it. Wikipedia seems to indicate that netware 4 is quite old. My point is that you still need to be able to share the DBA files between machines. So, you'll have to switch to windows file sharing. As such you'll need to configure Samba on your CentOS machine. More or less it should work if you: 1. Get a pervasive server license for linux 2. Setup Samba to share a folder on the network 3. Copy all your DBA files to a Samba shared directory on the CentOS box 4. Change all machines to connect via a windows file share instead of novell 5. ??? The ??? above is because I don't currently have the client / server version of Pervasive and I forget what you need to do to tell your workstations to connect to a new Pervasive server.
