But IN-A shown qty on PO wHY? WHY?

Working here, with settings:
 
Print Multi Levels - Y
Incl RoHS - Y
Rebuild Stock Status - N
Print Shortages Only? - N

BM-D is for only a single Location.  IN-A main screen shows the total of all Locations.  What you are seeing in IN-A may be for other Locations.  Click the Locations button in IN-A and look at the specific Location you ran BM-D for.

We have two location, I ran BM-D with muliti-Location but did not show on PO/WO. I was changed two location to Blank, then I can see .
