access violation

I have a problem.  I can’t get EVO to come up on my computer.  It brings up the first EVO screen, but when I click to continue, it doesn’t bring up the login screen, but disappears and show the EVO-ERP tab at the bottom of the screen like it is open. If I click on it it does nothing so I right click and select “close”…then I get the fatal X Access Violation at address 004048b1 in module evoerp.exe  read of access 00000384.

I have reloaded pervasive and that works fine, and then go into dbamfg and click on the evoerp app file, but I am still getting the same response.

I can go into EVO remotely with no problems.  What should I do?

For the record, we removed the ADDSUM registry entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software and rensmed the C:\ISTS folder and re-ran workstation setup and resolved the problem.
