I installed evo on a new machine and I get this message when it opens.  What do I need to do?

Does it get past the user login and password or is the error before that?  Other users can get in OK?

I get this message right after the user login.  All my other machines are unaffected.  The problem is just with this new one and it doesn't matter which login I use I get the same message.  I can enter through it and the menus come up but when I try to open IN-A I get "you have tried to access a file that has not been open previously or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0."

If all Evo logins have the same issue then it sounds like a Windows Permission problem for the Windows user logging into the server.

Does the username at the new workstation have permission on the server where DBA/EVO is installed (to the dbamfg directory)?

OK, I figured it out.  The mapped drive and the run path didn't match.
