GL-R Business Status shows Minus Open Order Total

Business Status shows a negative value for Open Orders in the Sales Order section.

A report of Open Orders shows an unrelated positive number that is correct.

Any ideas as to Why GL-R shoes a negative total?

I did a CTRL-F10 to re-calculate, and it seems to have fixed the open orders total.
I know I have done this before. What could cause the open orders total to go negative??
