I have an MRP that I don't understand:
 

 
 
Why does it want to delay the qty 12 PO, and then not buy enough for the existing SO's (6+26 = 32)???

It would seem that either this is the correct behavior, or NOBODY uses MRP in DBA.   Shocked

Or maybe you posted to the wrong section...  MRP is not Accounting...
 
Be that as it may, check the expedite and delay buffers.  Send me the MR-G for the part in question.
