When I go into PO-D, the PO's are scrambled.  They are not in sequential order.  As such their dates are scrambled also.  I would expect the receivings for 4/5/2010 to be the last items to show on the screen.  The last items now show from 8/2009. I did a rebuild in Pervasive and nothing changed.
 
Sorry.  Ignore this Post.  Just found out a Purchasing Agent has been putting in test numbers to make up modified PO's that are closed; and has been doing it for a while.
