Has anyone every linked DBA MFG with the software that automates horizontal and or vertical carousals in a warehouse?  We need a more efficient means of picking our jobs not to mention the need to increase our cubic storage capacity for raw inventory.  As a result we are looking at installing a horizontal and vertical carousal system.  These systems tend to have light bars and software that automates the picking process however I am having a tough time getting my arms around the concept of this system and DBA MFG communicating together.  Has anyone else installed one of these systems?  Care to share your experiences, the pros and the cons??
