I have an Excel spreadsheet from a few years ago that was a very helpful tool for Crystal Reports, and trouble shooting. Does anyone have an updated version of this information in any format?

No updates have been made. The six year old version you have is the latest. A grassroots attempt was begun a couple of years ago to update it, but that went nowhere. I mapped out most of the new repair module tables for my own reference.
