Laser Printer vs Dot Matrix Printer

When users print Quotes (ensopb2.rtm) out of the dot matrix printer the BILL and SHIP doesn't print. But if they use a laser/copier printer, it prints out fine. ??? Any clues ! I tried to edit the rtm file ... no luck !
