Using DBA classic 2004.1 with IS Tech Support update 10/11/10 SP1. We have 3 random entries that show up in our AP/aging dated from this year, but they do not have a vendor associated with them. I have copied and pasted the entries from the aging below. Description Inv Number Inv Date Days Current 30 days 60 days 90 days 120 days Total Cur ------------------------- ------------------ -------- ----- ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ --- Misc Deduction Deposit 1614 02/25/10 312 $0.00 $0.00 $0.00 $0.00 $308.66 308.66 Misc Deduction Deposit 57 06/30/10 187 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00 2,000.00 2000.00 Misc Deduction Deposit 118 10/28/10 67 0.00 0.00 4,000.00 0.00 0.00 4000.00 ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ ------------ $0.00 $0.00 $4,000.00 $0.00 $2,308.66 $6,308.66 I looked up the listings in BKAPINVT and they are listed the same with the first two cells empty in the table where the vendor name and code should be. I can figure out what the transactions were suppose to be for, but I'm not sure how to correct it. I thought I could just enter the correct vendor info directly through maintain database and BKAPINVT. When but that threw something off and when I tried to print my aging that is normally 7 pages it went to 1 page and I lost data, so used my backup BKAPINVT and it is back to normal with the "no vendor" entries. When I first open up BKAPINVT in maintain database it pops up with an error box and exclamation mark, but no message. I hit ok, it goes away and pops back up again as I scroll down the table for the first 3 entries. I'm sure these odd entries have something to do with the error. I have screen shots of these items but I do not know how to post them on this forum.
