error 8020

Only on one computer, suddenly we cannont open DBA. It gives btreive error 8020. I tired to re-install the pervasive, but it does not install saying that there is already an engine!!
what would be the solution?

8020: Error loading component
You receive this status code when one of the following occurs:
The Services DLL received an operating system error when trying to load a component.
A space was used in the Data Source Name (DSN) or Database Name (DBN).
