After having to re-install windows after a virus problem, I am now re-installing DBA   I did a new install of Pervasive using the instructions on wiki, and then copied the DBA folder and data that was backed up.  During the Pervasive install it asked for the original DBA installation floppy that I assume has the license info but we don't have it anymore.  So, I was hoping it would be in the backed up files.  I guess not.  
 
Now when I start DBA the logos flash on the screen for a moment and then disappears without starting.  
 
Any ideas what to do at this point??
