SD-Q SUPPORT DEFAULTS

The settings in SD-Q have "spontaneously" changed to blank entries. I have no idea why. We went through and reset them only to have them change to blanks again within 24 hours. Has anyone had this problem? I suspect a corrupted file. We have 2 companies that are active. The 2nd company seems ok ( knock on wood).

Any insight on this problem and suggestions for fix?

We are running DBA Classic 2004.1 with ISTech update 9/16/09 SP5.

Some of our defauts changed this weekend and I dont know how or why. I have gone to SD-Q and SD-M and I cant even find the question I need to change/update
