In DC-A, we keep getting Terminated Employee  with 0 employee number attached to some of our work orders.  It is always the same work order as one that an employee is logged into as one of his multiple work orders.  
 
It sometimes shows him logged into the same work order twice for the same times - and shows no of jobs 2
 
For some reason, its not letting me paste it for you to see...not sure why.
