We are having recurring problems with users double-issuing parts to Indirect WO's while using the hand-helds. When a part is not on the BOM (which none are to begin with), HH-C with ask if you wish to add the part, but when you answer Yes and save the transaction the screen does not clear. The users think they are not done and hit the save button, issuing the parts twice.
 
At the very least, the screen needs to clear the part and quantity, just as it does when issuing items that are on the BOM. (I've tried to train all of my users, but most use the process infrequently and forget.) However, I would like to see a universal option for WO-G and HH-C that would allow us to turn off that question for all type I WO's.
