I entered a new SO into DBA Classic, this particular part has two sub assy parts but only converts one of the items to a new WO. I get one top level WO and one sub assy WO only.
 
This part has been used time and time again in our system since 2009 and has never had an issue before.
 
I checked:  
Part is still "Y" in active status.
Part is still "A" for Inventory type
 
What am I missing?
