Evo/DBA should not be run on any server.
What runs on the server is Evo's database, Pervasive.

2012 It is not support yet. But you can install pervasive on a Virtual Machine.

Server 2012 is the same kernel as Windows 8 and I have been running Evo/DBA and Pervasive 10 on a Windows 8 Laptop with no issues.

Users beware
Running an app like Evo/Pervasive on a "Local Machine" is one thing.
A complete different thing is to run it on a Server (Domain Controller or Data Server)

Sorry. I was not accurate in what I asked.
Do you think Pervasive 9.5 will run on Server 2012?

Pervasive 9.5 (SP3) is supported on Win Server 2003 64 Bits.
You should be able to install it on Win 2012.
I woulndn't do it. I would setup a virtual machine on 2012 and install there.
I personally will not use Win 2012 yet. Buy Win 2008.
