Uninstall last update?
11/14/12 at 08:01:57

We're getting a lot of error messages since I installed the Oct. 24th update. Is it possible to go back to the August 7th version?

We get “An exception has occurred in the application” when t7ina.rwn is opened.  We get it other time as well but with T7ina fairly consistently.

Also, when t7ina.rwn is opened “The field UDF1 was not found.  You may include only active fields in an expression to be compiled at run time.”

This issue varies from machine to machine but we never had the problem before the last update.

Have you defined any User Defined Inventory fields in SM-P-E?  If not, UT-A, program DBAIF and File ISUDFINV and say OK to the message that all data will be deleted, that is what you want to do.

We have two windows 7 machines that keep getting the same error massage.  It never pops up on our XP machines.

“Error #-70
Error # 91102
Reading file
Dfile4….0
F:\EVOERP\Fileloc.DBF”

When this is closed sometimes the program continues and sometime we get:

“An error message was not found in ERRMSG.DBF-file 48”

When this is closed sometimes the program continues and sometime we get:

“You have tried to access a file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0”

Usually when this is closed the program continues but occasionally we need to reboot the computer.

What do I need to do?

Is this when initially loading Evo or after you have been in for a while?

After running for a time.  Today we got it when IN-A & WO-A were opened.  We also got it when a we tried to print a WO Traveler and save a PO.  We only had to reboot one of those times.

My apologies for the super thread necro here, but I am getting similar error messages.  I am encountering these error messages when attempting to save a labor record entry in the D.C. login using DC-C.  I'm not sure if they're related to this thread or not.  I haven't had to reboot a computer yet, but it's consistently failing with the same data entered.

WARN ERR - File: Line: 524 'An error message record was not found in the ERRMSG.DBF file. 48'
WARN ERR - File: Line: 527 'An error message record was not found in the ERRMSG.DBF file. 48'
FATAL ERR3 - File: Line: 530 'You have tried to access a file that has not been previously opened, or the file number value (FNUM) passed was 0.'
Valid Error Message 'The valid check for this field returned false, please re-enter.'

UT-A , program T7DDCHECK (Evo) are there any data integrity errors?  The messages you are getting indicate some file isn't opening but doesn't help identify what file.
