Your DBA data dictionary is old.  With nobody in DBA, load Evo, go to UT-A, program EVOERPSYNCB and the Evo data dictionary (which seems to be working) will be merged into the DBA data dictionary.  If you have a complete backup copy of the DBAMFG folder you should never reinstall anything from the DBA CD if you have our updates installed because we have made extensive changes to the data structures adding new files, etc.  My suspicion is that your backup was incomplete so when you restored the DBAMFG folder you did not get any files that were open at the time.  If you are lucky you are missing nothing other than the DBA dictionary files.

It is only looking at the data dictionary (file definitions) so the file size should not matter.
