We are about to purchase some Pervasive licenses. Is this going to be easy to install?

Assuming you already have Pervasive installed, it's very easy. Just open the Pervasive License Administrator* and enter the new key.
 
*Start > Pervasive > Version > Utilities > Lic Admin. I think is the default.

Not going to be that easy.  You have Workgroup installed and will be moving to the server version so you have to uninstall and reinstall.  But it is still straightforward.  If you are not already on Pervasive 11 (and I don't think you are) then you will also need to install updated clients on the workstations.

Workgroup version only allows a maximum of 5 total (concurrent) users.
