I just installed a new win 7 workstation and I am getting an "open fle sercurity warning-publisher couldnt be verified"  box between clicking the DBA icon and seeing the splash screen.   If I tell it to continue when I see the "open fle sercurity warning-publisher couldnt be verified"  box  it proceeds successfully to the splash screen and I can login and it seems DBA is functioning just fine.    
 
I do NOT  get this "open fle sercurity warning-publisher couldnt be verified"  box  when is click on the EVO icon.  
 
What did I do wrong?  How do I prevent this from happening again?
How can I get rid of this unnecessary box that causes me an extra click to get into DBA.
